Suddenly she started mimicking violent vomiting. I was just discussing this briefly with a friend on Facebook. She told me that political awareness was hard to instil in our children without being dogmatic or overbearing, so I must be doing something right. Searching for that spark. I think you are mistaken. I went for my second appointment for CBT today. It was awful, I ended up a quivering wreck. I don’t do crying in front of people but today….wow it all came out. I wasn’t expecting it to, and I felt quite awkward about it. I was a mess for about ten minutes and I was very aware the therapist was looking at me throughout most of it.
