Informative blog about the not-so-famous video game creators. Tuesday, June 03, 2008. Fat Planet : The considerably less glitchy game that's still unlikely to be completed in my lifetime. One day I was thinking to myself 'Hmm. you know what'd be fun? If I could stop jumping whilst in mid-air. You know what? Much improved play control. If I consider it a significant enough improvement, I'm thinking of putting up the new version. There's now multi-layered foreground parallaxing! View my complete profile.

Like a book club, but with video games. It’s like the GLA, but somehow darker, edgier, and perhaps a little more risque. Want to be added as a streamer for GLA After Dark? Contact the usual email address (come@mebro.co.uk). The GLA is a place for gentlefolk, intelligent discussion and video games for all genres. We don’t really have any rules, but as a guideline, please be polite, respectful, and above all, gentlemanly to everyone. Thank you. HL2 mod): 88.191.144.25:27015, password: yolo420.

Like a book club, but with video games. Podcast pushed back to 4th October (Sunday) 3PM GMT. Sorry I forgot to mention, I’m back at university; things are busy. We pushed back because 3-4 people couldn’t make last week. Podcast proposition: Friday 25th September in the evening (GMT). I don’t know what time exactly, but I will try and announce it beforehand, and also send out a steam announcement and all that stuff. Would sometime around 6PM or 7PM (British summertime) suit? 8211; Comments and voicemales.

Sparksoft: I'm not procrastinating
http://sparksoft.blogspot.com/2007/06/im-not-procrastinating.html
Informative blog about the not-so-famous video game creators. Saturday, June 30, 2007. I'm giving fat planet time. I want to make sure the engine is just right before I rush off and make levels. I still need to implement coin blocks. Meh, i'll do it later. I've been thinking recently. how about a brain training game that leans itself to being experimental? One like wii fitness, that you test yourself on every day? I'll mull on it some more. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Sparksoft: So, how did Dot-Maze-Ultra go?
http://sparksoft.blogspot.com/2007/11/so-how-did-dot-maze-ultra-go.html
Informative blog about the not-so-famous video game creators. Monday, November 05, 2007. So, how did Dot-Maze-Ultra go? Well, Reflexive still haven't replied. Which is annoying. RealArcade declined. They complained about several things. They didn't like the 'bland' gameplay. Which is a fair enough thing, provided you actually mean something by it. I guess their reviewers missed all of the mindless Zuma clones and match 3 games. I'll leave you with this quote. I swear to god this is what they said.
