So what exactly did happen that day? Hey, now you know! Tuesday, December 18, 2012. As a treat for Bren's mum, we went for a lunch and look see at O R Tambo, the big airport in our area! Big, I later discovered, being a tad bit of an understatement! We travelled by the Gautrain to get there! The price was so expensive that, well, lets just say having a band-aid torn from a gaping wound, would have been far less of a painful rip-off! Still, I must admit the adventure was fun! Pretty colour lights, ooooooh!

So what exactly did happen that day? Hey, now you know! Thursday, June 28, 2012. Winter Sunshine Zoo Trip - Sunday 24 June 2012. Once again off to the zoo we went! I was hoping that, since it was winter, the critters would be all out and about, lying in the sun and easy targets to photograph! And what a mixed bag we got! We had some curious individuals. Some very, very curious. Some took note of us but meh, whatever. Some rather played with their toys and Maaaa, whatever. Some didn't even know we existed!
