The Sparta Foundation has been developed as a charity dedicated to the preservation of the Sparta Aquifer. The Sparta Groundwater Conservation District Commission formed the Sparta Foundation with the intent of focusing on education for the preservation of the Sparta Aquifer. There is a full time educator that has been contracted to conduct regional programs within the Sparta parishes. All of your generous contributions will aid the education programs our educator is currently developed.
