SPCA Saint John Petition. Recently Saint John council has made many cut backs. Now they have cut back the Saint John SPCA Animal Rescue, because of this the SPCA can no longer take in animals in Saint John. These animals will now be euthanized after 24 hours by the city if not claimed. This is unacceptable, and something needs to be done! I have created a petition to show the Mayor and city council that we as tax payers, want change. Please print off the petition and get as many signatures as possible!
