This was my third time in Germany, and my absolute favorite thing to eat there is Döner Kebab — a Turkish-German fast food that is flat bread, shaved lamb/turkey/chicken from a vertical spit, lettuce, tomato, onion, sometimes red or white cabbage, and a white sauce, and sometimes with a spicy red sauce or just red pepper flakes on top. 2 t (1 packet) dried yeast.
