Danielle Joynt - Storyteller/Narrator. Danielle Joynt is the Director of Cottage School Of Music Junior. In Perth and is the author of the Cantaris. Early Childhood Music Resource web program. In 2009 she released Cantaris and wrote and presented the first children's concert with the Fremantle Symphony Orchestra. At the 2010 ISME World Conference in China, Danielle gave a public class with pre-school children from the International School in Beijing. Danielle writes the blogs Beautiful Children's Books.

At the age of fourteen, Melinda began lessons with Rod McGrath, principal Cellist with the West Australian Symphony Orchestra and former co-principal of the London Symphony Orchestra. Under Rod’s guidance, Melinda won numerous prizes at the Fremantle Eisteddfod, including the Open String Recital Trophy. Melinda Gourlay : Cellist. Melinda’s most successful chamber group was the Watahiki Quartet, whom she played with until 2009. The quartet performed recitals around the Northwest, and took part in collaborative work with other musicians and groups. They have performed with Susannah Wapshott, Rob Gardiner, and Jane Sheldon. And has also worked with Ailis Ni Riain on her production Sawn-off Opera. In Manchester. Melinda also regularly supports and performs works by Laura Bowler. Size Zero Opera Company.

Melinda Gourlay : Cellist. Melinda has worked with special needs children, volunteering for a project Hear Me Out at the Royal School for the Deaf and Communication Disorders in Manchester. She worked for Special Virtuosi. For over two years, where she taught musicianship, orchestral techniques, put on fundraisers and organised concerts for young people with special needs in Manchester. In Liverpool, Melinda volunteered for Sistema Scotland’s project Big Noise. Melinda is currently a member of MusicBook.

Melinda Gourlay : Cellist. Melinda has been playing in orchestras since the age of 12, where she began in the West Australian Youth Orchestra. She was co-principal cello of WAYO from 2002-2003, and went on the ‘New Horizons’ European Tour with the orchestra, including performances in Australia House in London, Dvorak Hall in Prague and the Australian Embassy in Berlin.
