Izabela’s adventure with yoga began in 1998, when Izabela took her first yoga classes at the studio in Princeton, NJ. Since then, Izabela practiced Hatha Yoga for over ten years, and in 2006 became a Registered Yoga Teacher, RYT - 200. Izabela was especially drawn to the precise yet forgiving nature of BKS Iyengar Yoga and participated in numerous trainings conducted by highly respected senior Iyengar teachers, including Kevin Gardiner, Bobbi Goldin, Patricia Walden, Dean Lerner, and Judith Lasater.
