Today I found out from Verizon that Spectrotel received the notice of the switch on December 4, 2007 (a week earlier than I had thought) and I was provided a confirmation number from Verizon. The customer service rep from Verizon said that what they are doing (continuing to bill me) is illegal and that I should contact the RI Public Utilities Commission. So just a little while ago I did! Pay and make it go away. 655 Shrewbury Ave Ste 210.
