These pages contain records of the many farms on the Speke Hall Estate ranging from the farm tenants, workers and work that was done on the farm and buildings. If you have any more information about these farms I would only be to glad to add it to my records. Speke estate farms were considered some, if not the best, farmed area in the county with Speke tenants regularly winning prizes at local agricultural shows. The farming was mainly arable with Wheat, Oats and Potatoes the main crops.
