A Fascination with the World Below. Time to clean off the gear. Has recently been able to interview this eyewitness which might help in the overall effort to locate Gertrude P51 Mustang. During search efforts, several other boats and airplanes have been found. Identifying some of these has been difficult, due to the amount of deterioration caused by the septic bay water. Fortunately, we were able to spare the life of this innocent horn shark on this day. Hopefully he will not return to this death trap.

A Fascination with the World Below. A green 2nd quarter of 2009. Diving have been a little slow this last quarter. The water here in So. Cal. has been green and many of my cohorts have been preoccupied with other responsibilities. But, I did go to Oahu, Hawaii with some good freinds and partied our butts off. We got a litttle skin diving in at Waikiki and Hanauma Bay. Then went to Germaines Luau and eat more. All while watching an entertaining show. Scott met a new friend and got lei'd.

A Fascination with the World Below. The Convair B-36D Peacemaker. After arriving to the site, a side scan sonar was lowered into the water. Immediately, images of what appeared to be airplane wreckage scattered about the sea floor were seen. After running several sonar scanning passes throughout the day, a low light video camera was deployed from the boat. This drop camera footage immediately produced recognizable images.
