The Runner’s High. Jun 07, 2012. About 2 years ago all I did was short course triathlons sprint and olympics. They were high intensity. Painful. Training for them was about the same. Since there really isn't many pictures of her on here I thought that I would post some of her training photos. Sunday, December 1, 2013. Boys Summer of Fun. Posted by Spencer Harris. Well this summer was a lot of fun for the boys and I. They spent time in California playing on the beach in San Clemente. As well as Disneyland, and Magic Mountain. I tried my hardest to keep up with them on those crazy roller coaster rides, but I think my age might be catching up to me.
