作者 ： 謝曉雲. 圖片來源 ： 康健雜誌. 炎炎盛夏，食物裡的細菌蠢蠢欲動，等待你的一個疏忽，就要下手令你生病。台灣的夏天又濕又熱，那些藏在食物裡、會讓人上吐下瀉、發燒腹痛，甚至奪人性命的細菌正蠢蠢欲動，伺機進攻你我的身體。 最常見的壞份子是腸炎弧菌。這種容易存附在魚蝦貝類中的細菌，曾經造成嗜食生海鮮的日本人 272. 人死亡。這種細菌因為不耐熱，所以熟食的話，中毒風險就比較低。 從衛生署的統計可以看出，最容易造成細菌性食物中毒的原因是生食和熟食交叉污染。特別是處理這兩種食材的器具（如菜刀、砧板、抹布等）沒有區分開，或是儲存方法不當，生、熟食混在一起，就容易造成污染。 另外兩個原因，一是熱處理不足，多半指食物沒有充分煮熟，無法達到殺菌效果；另一是食物調理後室溫下放置過久，導致細菌快速孳長，產生大量毒素。 首先，為了衛生和環保，自備餐具去買東西吃，可以避掉店家沒有將食器清潔乾淨所帶來的問題。 觀察一下店家儲存食物、料理食物的地方（如流理台）是否乾淨，沒有不好的味道等。 選擇冷藏肉、冷凍肉，比溫體肉不易孳長細菌。 選擇魚類時，應該選擇肉質有彈性、聞起來沒有腥臭味。 是可復原，長期缺乏症狀就會...

SPHS will be hosting a VEX Robotics competition on Saturday, October 17th, starting at 7am and lasting throughout the day. Volunteers are needed for helping to run the tournament.
