More or less of any of the ingredients as you desire will still turn out fine. That’s the beauty of using the slowcooker. 4 large carrots, cut into 2-3″ pieces. 1/2lbs small red new potatoes, halved. 3-4 lb. corned beef brisket. 2-3 medium onions, quartered. 1 cup water, apple cider, or beer. 1 small head cabbage, cut into wedges. Beer battered halibut tacos. 8 September, 2010. Beer battered halibut tacos. Comments : 4 Posted in : Recipes. September 8, 2010. Really simple beer batter. Comes out light, crispy. It tastes like beer. 1 Cup of pancake mix (the just add water kind). Cold beer (about 3/4 cup). I make my own corn tortillas but of course store bought work fine. Put the mix in a large bowl and add beer while stirring until it’s a batter. Season your fish with your favorite seafood seasoning. Fry until golden brown.

This little piggy…. February 11, 2015. Throw them on a 350-375 F grill (indirect) for 10-15 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes. Feel free to brush on some more sauce when you turn them. What you get is a miniature bacon-wrapped hot dog (no bun required). Makes for an interesting entree as well, especially when paired with tater tots. Recipes, tips and ideas. Wash and dry your ribs to remove bone fragments. Place them in a foil lined pan. Rub well with your favorite rub. I used Rowdy rub this time. Add 8ozs. of beer. Cover and seal with more foil. Place in oven preheated to 275f and cook for at least 2 1/2 hrs. Remove from oven and turn heat up to 475f.
