It's quite cool at the moment, the sun's barely risen (it's 7.30 here, 2.30 in the UK), but yesterday's evening temperature was about 21 so it should get warm enough later. Saturday, 3rd September 2016. Monday 5th April - Fifteen hours in Acapulco! Wednesday, 7th April 2004 20:40. And we headed up the main road to buy bus tickets to tomorrow's destination, Oaxaca, and find some food. We had supper in the most rustic-looking restaurant we could find in the blaring, garish main strip, and my gamble (cebolla - onion or fishing bait? Paid off: we shared a large platter of tortillas, unidentified meat, guacamole and the obligatory chilli sauce.

We arrived in Oaxaca at 7am, and took the opportunity to buy tickets to San Cristobal de las Casas and from there to Merida, just to make sure.
