Display Planning and Building. Who am I, just a little Bio about me. Also in the mid 60's while I was in Boy Scouts and at week camping I received my nickname Spike well that name has stuck with me like glue. Ask any firefighters who know me 'do you know Paul and they will most likely say Who? In 1988 I built and displayed a Christmas train garden for the then Baltimore County Executive Dennis Rasmussen and this a small 4' x 8' garden which was placed next to his office in the Baltimore County Courthouse.
