Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Hard to believe it's been a year. Time flies! For our anniversary/Valentine's we took off to Utah (along with the entire state of Idaho). We stopped at the Tin Roof Grill in Sandy, which is a Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives stop- we love that show. The croquettes are truly delicious. After that we stayed at a hotel at Thanksgiving Point. Saturday, August 29, 2015. Playing Hooky at the Shakespeare Festival. So, I abandoned my responsibilities for a few days and went down to Cedar City to the Shakespeare Festivals. The kids here at home were all great to pitch in and take care of each other, and Kory took a day off work and did lots of fun things with them while I was gone- Fat Cats, Chukars game, Leo's Place, etc. After that, we ate dinner at the Pastry Pub and geared up for the first Shakespeare play, Henry the IV Part 2. Monday, August 25, 2014. Rain, Rain Go Away. On Wednesday we packed up and went to Rigby Lake and played for three or four hours. It was actually a great day. A little cooler than usual, but still comfortable. Kristi brought her kids and we chatted while the kids played. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Warning: this post is full of complaints and negativity. In the 3 weeks I have been to OB triage (in layman's terms the entrance gates to labor and delivery at the hospital). A total of 4 times. FOUR TIMES! I am 35 weeks and have consistent contractions AGAIN (despite the bed rest). I go to the hospital they give me another shot to stop contractions and they send me home. Tuesday, April 20, 2010. A Housewife's Best Friends. I never thought I would ENJOY cleaning my shower. But something happens when you suddenly pay a monthly rent to use your shower.
