Fiber PHanatic: New yarn hot off the wheel.
http://fiberphanatic.blogspot.com/2010/11/new-yarn-hot-off-wheel.html
Sunday, November 21, 2010. New yarn hot off the wheel. Two new yarns hot off the spinning wheel. I really like both of these! This one is from some lovely Mohair roving that my friend Terri gave me - It was shades of Cranberry, teal, and pinks. I spun up some teal silk and plyed it. Wow did that turn out stunning. I think I'm really liking the Silk/Mo blend. I have a ton of MO that needs processing - now I'm pretty sure I know what I'll be working on. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Out of the Blue.

My little one wanted to learn to needle felt so I picked what I thought was an easy project - a pumpkin! Out of the Blue. We are a small ...

Sunday, May 31, 2009. One of the things we did while we were in Pagosa was going to the Fiber Festival! First we got to see the sheep being sheared. And love on the Alpaca Cria - AWWWWWWWWWW! If I could have slipped this precious baby into my bag and snuck it home I would have! Two beautiful Llamas - One Suri style and One Huacaya style. From Sharp's Llamas. I LOVE the silvery colored Suri Llama - They hummed for us! This is a little bull (well, he wasn't that little) but he sure was cute! The Rug is done.

Sunday, January 31, 2010. The OTHER new scarf. This is the last of the 3 scarves I recently worked on - still have some beading to do. This one I am having trouble getting a good picture of it. I will try to get a better picture but not sure if I can. Labels: Nuno Felted Scarf. Harvey House Show - Opening Day Part 2. These two costumes (Diamas on the left by Sh...
