June 26, 2006 at 10:24 am ( Plans. Since I last wrote about having a look at the Wellesley, we’ve also looked at the Duxton Hotel. As of this writing, the Duxton is our preferred venue. It’s also where we got engaged, so it has a special significance for us. That’s not the reason it’s prefferred though. It’s just got more value for money, and it’s probably the best venue we’ve found. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Fill in your details below or click an icon to log in:.

Bouncin' Around: September 2005
http://bouncaround.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
The world and how it should be, according to me. Friday, September 30, 2005. An introduction to me. I refrained from drinking alcohol which made me feel out of place. My conversations were not brilliant and if a girl wanted to get to know me better before sex then she was sh*t out of luck! I was a poser. I would turn up in my tight little t-shirts and the bouncers would let me straight through the door. I thought I was it! My life was depressing. Posted @ Friday, September 30, 2005. No bitch, UO ME!

Bouncin' Around: Islamic Heresies
http://bouncaround.blogspot.com/2005/11/islamic-heresies.html
The world and how it should be, according to me. Thursday, November 24, 2005. With all due respect to everyone involved, you can't throw a rock into a crowd of Muslims without hitting someone whom all the other Muslims consider a heretic. Every single person practicing Islam in the world today is a heretic in the eyes of at least one other such person. The first major split in Islam took place about five seconds after Mohammed died. Because he had made no plans for succession, Mohammed's earliest fol...

Bouncin' Around: December 2005
http://bouncaround.blogspot.com/2005_12_01_archive.html
The world and how it should be, according to me. Monday, December 05, 2005. The government's campaign to lure ex-Kiwis back to New Zealand goes to show how out of touch they are with the average Kiwi and how our geographic isolation has seperated our mindset from the common sense of the world. Don't get me wrong, there are many great things about New Zealand, but while I am still relatively young and am career oriented, New Zealand has very little to offer. Overseas I am going to earn 3 times the amount ...

The world and how it should be, according to me. Thursday, November 24, 2005. The London telegraph group have reported that a young boy is well on his way to becoming the next Buddha. This article is printed below:. Pilgrims flock to see 'Buddha boy' said to have fasted six months. Thousands of pilgrims are pouring into the dense jungle of southern Nepal to worship a 15-year-old boy who has been hailed as a new Buddha. Ram Bomjon maintains his vigil in the shade of his pipal tree. Santa Raj Subedi, the c...

Bouncin' Around: Male Pigs!
http://bouncaround.blogspot.com/2005/12/male-pigs.html
The world and how it should be, according to me. Thursday, December 01, 2005. Have you ever noticed that it is perfectly acceptable for some groups to promote their demographic while it is unacceptable for others? Have you noticed that some people are allowed to actively demonise other demographics to promote their own causes? A similar problem befalls men. Have you ever noticed that women promoting female values are 'feminists' while their male counterparts are 'male chauvanist pigs'? Note to self: try ...

Bouncin' Around: Arm me with some balls!
http://bouncaround.blogspot.com/2005/12/arm-me-with-some-balls.html
The world and how it should be, according to me. Monday, December 05, 2005. Arm me with some balls! What is with soldiers complaining about going to war? Technically we don't have a military, we have a defence force. But what could our defence force protect us from? You're a soldier and an engineer and that is why you are sent instead of civillian contractors. If you couldn't handle the reality you should never have joined. That's why i'm sitting behind a desk. Just shut up and do your job! NZ should jus...
