Have you ever worn a pedometer? I've always been curious about how many steps I take in a day, but haven't bothered to clip one on, until now. In about 30 days, if all goes well, I'll be spending a week at The Ranch, hiking everyday and eating next to nothing. Sugar, caffeine, wine and other delights are not on the menu at the ranch, so they send you a schedule for weening yourself off these things during the month prior to your visit.
