A SharePoint soultion that allows the creation of custom MySites based on custom Site Definitions.

Out of the box MOSS does not allow for anybody to change the MySites site definition. One way to customize MySites is to use feature stappling and run code during the MySite creation. But this approach will not let you have different MySites for different users. 

Using my solution you will be able to create MySites based on any site definition.

Project Hosting for Open Source Software. Oct 9, 2008. Nov 27, 2008. SPMySpace v1.0.wsp. Application, 32K, uploaded Oct 10, 2008. This is the intial release for this project. This Project replaces the Out of the Box MySite creation with a custom one. The MySite template can be specified user by user case and set inside user profiles. The MySite User control gets replaced with a custom one that points to a custom page for MySite creation. MySpaceLink.ascx replaces the regular MySiteLink from SharePoint.
