Last night I put together a dish I've been playing around with for some time; pasta (in this case Farafelle a.k.a. bow-tie) with a tuna tomato sauce. 1 pkg sliced button mushrooms. 1 7oz pkg tuna in water. 4 small sweet peppers. Spices to taste (I used Herbs de Provence, oregano, parsley, basil and crushed red pepper). Butter, for sauteing and taste. 1 tbsp crushed garlic (about 3-4 cloves). 1 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes. As with most of my diets, it's because I'm a raging LARPer, and want to look *fabulous* in my costuming. When you undertake a project like this, do you run stats and keep records like you're minmaxing a character sheet?
