Ramblings of a Country Girl. Living life on a remote cattle ranch. Sunday, July 29, 2007. Cook 3/4 lb mild Italian Sausage, Add 1 small chopped onion and 2 cloves of garlic, minced. Cook until sausage is done and onion is softened. Add 2 cans of diced tomatoes and 32oz of fat-free chicken broth. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add 2 cans of cannellini beans, rinsed and drained. Heat through. Garnish with Parmesian. Labels: Recipe Italian Sausage Soup. Fugly Horse of the Day!

Monday, October 13, 2008. Now that the weather's getting cold, it's time to stay in and bake treats. Here's an easy recipe for your horses. Oat 'n' Apple Chewies. Treat your horse or pony to these simple squares made of wholesome ingredients. Keep them fresh in the fridge. Remember not to feed too many of any treat too often. 1 ½ cups unsweetened applesauce. 1 cup oat bran cereal or ground oatmeal. 189; cup all purpose flour (approx.). Preheat oven to 350F.
