Sunday, November 16, 2008. Give a toast to the sun, drink with the stars. The first image, is Columbus Ohio, maybe 2002 or so? The second is a view overlooking Durango, shot from above the PowerLine Trail above FLC campus. Just thought it was interesting. Most of this was gone by the time I rode home from work, believe it or not. At the moment, only remnants of it exist in the shadowy areas on the trails, where the sun cannot reach. Friday, March 20, 2009. So, it's March 20th - the first day of spring. Sweet. Last Friday, on the way home from work. I'm updating from work, so this could be choppy. . The last 10 days has been almost like summer; very comfy temps, sunny skies and nearly mild nights. I can get used to this. Last Saturday, from Alien Trail in Aztec, NM. How the Alien Trail got its name. If you look closely, you can see a little spec of a person climbing down. That's me, rolling in a slickrock half-bowl at Alien Trail.

Thursday, October 23, 2008. The non smoking battle continues - but I'm calling it a win now. It's been nearly 6 months. I no longer crave it, and only miss it once in a while, sort of like an ex-girlfriend. I win, I won. I'll mark my quit date by years from here out. :peace:. As in not in a linear order. .
