Ok so i went for the gym, the road was icy and didnt think that would be good idea! So happy with today. Sunday, 17 December 2006. Well today i will tell you why i chose to run and why Great Ormond. Connected to a ventilator.

This was alright had a little difficulty on last mile but it was uphill and I still manged to do it in 110 mins which is the time i wanted. So not bad even if i say so myself.
