Our Literary Joys: December 2014
http://ourliteraryjoys.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Jesse says that I must do a blog post before the end of December, otherwise there will be no posts for the month and it would certainly spell doom for this blog. Sooooo. We're still here. Life has been a bit hectic since I last posted, but what would you expect for December? That is all for now. I hope you had a very happy Christmas and wish you the best for the coming year. I'll be back in 2015. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Never Grow Up: A Mom's Guide to Dolls and More! Sponsor an Unemployed Academic.

Our Literary Joys: November 2014
http://ourliteraryjoys.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
St Andrews Day Baptism. Happy belated Thanksgiving. I am behind on my blog posts, but I wanted to get this post out for the benefit of the grandparents and godparent. Eyvind in her slip. My mom made all of her clothes, right down to her booties and bonnet. I did add a little something to her slip- you can barely see in the corner where I stitched a little thistle plant. Jesse has a flu. The poor guy barely made it through the service. Back at home and in her slip. 3 months until lease is up. This had not...

Our Literary Joys: End of May
http://ourliteraryjoys.blogspot.com/2015/05/end-of-may.html
This post is lacking a theme. Dressed up for church. Officially 9 months old. Slowly getting the house in order. Wall of maps. And through the doorway, more boxes to unpack. Baymax. The requested cake for the birthday boy turning 10 tomorrow. Simple design = miserably difficult. Dashiell has asked for a Harry Potter cake for his birthday in November. I'm already worried about it. Looks great and I guess I can assume that the new oven is working well? The house looks homey and adorable.I LOVE!

Our Literary Joys: June 2015
http://ourliteraryjoys.blogspot.com/2015_06_01_archive.html
We took a long weekend and visited Jesse's parents. The boys had a ton of fun swimming, so much fun that after the first day everyone had to wear t-shirts because of sunburns. Eyvind did pretty well for her first time in the pool, but she wasn't fond of putting on her swimsuit. I can't believe we have reached double digits. We spent the day exactly like Morley wanted. We opened presents first, then we went to the zoo and saw the gorillas again. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sponsor an Unemployed Academic.

I didn't take these, I got them off our church's website. At the back of the church waiting for the boys to finish singing. The children's choir. The boys are on the top right. The weather is rainy, Jesse has a cold, and the boys are exhausted (had to sing in the Easter Vigil last night). It was not easy to make it to the early service at church, but we did, because we had to - the boys had to sing again this morning. Morley didn't like being out in the drizzle. This is the most recent one of Eyvind.

I have wasted the last two hours trying to find rentals that we can afford (can anyone explain to me why there is a $600 difference between 2 bedrooms and 3 bedrooms, regardless of square footage?
