Beim Einkaufen war mir ein Körbchen rote Johannisbeeren in tiefstem Richensarot in’s Auge gefallen, die den Grundstock für mindestens einen Kuchen bilden sollten. Rezept hatte ich noch keines dazu, aber das Internet. Hilft ja immer bei der Ideenfindung, so auch jenes Mal. Johannisbeerkuchen auf die Schnelle.
