Friday, July 30, 2004. It's raining, but it's nice and cool. The only bad thing will be if the kids can't go swim at the pool this afternoon. It's hard to keep the older kids quiet enough during nap time! It was so nice last night, all five of us sat on the deck for a long time and just talked. Tuesday, June 29, 2004. I can't keep up with this blog thing lately! Then we headed out to Dena's house and the kids rode the 4-wheeler and we had a big supper there. The cat that someone had abandoned out there had kittens a couple of days ago, and they were just adorable. We didn't get home until about 8:00 pm Sunday evening. It was a pretty nice mini-vacation. Monday, May 21, 2007. The weather was just gorgeous this weekend! It could stay like this all summer long. My birthday is this Wednesday, the 23rd, and I'm not sure what we are going to do. Justin already gave me my present. He bought me a beautiful diamond necklace that has three little diamonds on it representing the past, present, and future. I had seen it at Haddens Jewelers in Atwood awhile back and told him about it. It pays to ask for something specific! That's it for now. Take care!

Thursday, April 19, 2007. This week is going by very quickly! It's been a busy week so far, but what else is new? I tried to catch up on Monday with housework and paperwork. Tuesday night we played darts. Shelly and I took 3 games, so I was pleased! Tonight after work I have to run Jesse up to Atwood (about 5 miles from here) to The Family Shoppe to be fitted for a tux for prom. Friday, May 25, 2007. This has been a busy week, but it has flown by! One good thing over the past 7 years or so is that I have had to learn to have more patience than I used to. That's probably a good thing! I plan on tanning in the morning tomorrow. Justin got me unlimited tanning this month for our anniversary. He got me a dozen roses from the kids for mother's day and the necklace that I already blogged about for my birthday. Yes, I'm very spoiled! Sunday we are supposed to go to a cookout at some fr...

Friday, May 28, 2004. I just took the kids to school for the last time this school year. They will be home in less than two hours. It's summer! I stopped at the doctor's office and weighed in. I lost three more pounds this week! My goal is to have 16 more pounds come off. I really, really need to exercise and tone up. I feel like I'm very busy, but I know it's not considered exercise. Wednesday, May 31, 2006. Katie and Jacob came over for a minute on their way home from his second trip to the doctor. The poor little guy was throwing up with a high temp again yesterday.
