The MSA marshals' registration and grading scheme is designed to define a clear structure within the sport and, for those who wish to do so, a progression pathway that recognises experience gained. The MSA have an Under 18 Marshal Policy. Q What if I'm disabled? Q What qualifications do I need? A None, just a willingness to get involved, have fun and learn about what's needed.
