Knysna, a lesson in humility →. July 19, 2010. Just a quick report, a full one to follow. Louis managed a 3rd place in the u/23 division at South African Cross Country Champs on the weekend in Pretoria. We are incredibly excited for him and it’s proof that the hard work he has put in this year is starting to show after a stellar 2nd place at the Knysna 50km race the week before. Well done Louis and a continued thanks to all the sponsors for the support in making our racing possible. Why do we do it?

WC XC Series Wrap-Up →. Knysna, a lesson in humility. August 10, 2010. I left Cape Town after lunch on Friday and after a pleasant uneventful trip arrived in Knysna around 6pm. Registration was quick and easy and it was on to our digs on Leisure Isle. I don’t know where other teams stay but they would be hard pressed to do better than us. A big thanks to Guy and Fairbairn for sorting us out. All went according to plan until 40km when I had a brain fart and chased down a break, went past and kept going...
