Parkham Festival of Light. This is a bit rough and ready - hopefully it will become more polished as the project progresses. The idea is for a fun procession of shopping trolleys to parade through Parkham. The parade will take place after dark and the trolleys will be decorated with lights. The main aim of this is to have fun but also to raise funds for local causes. There will need to be a nominal entry fee to cover overheads - anything left over will be split between the village amenities.
