That darned groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil, predicted six more weeks of winter. I shouldn’t get my hopes up. So instead of getting too hopeful about any upcoming warm weather, I made this strawberry-basil jam. I seriously live on it in the summer. It is. Total Time: 20 minutes. 2 lbs fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced, or frozen, sliced.
