Even Peter got involved! Each egg was carefully filled with candy and a different Easter scriptures. Good news of Jesus' resurrection. We uttered prayers over each little egg. And the little heart that will joyfully find it. And delight in its contents. Looking forward to all the Holy Week activities at our church. And today they ...

Traveling, sometimes great distances, to be home. For fellowship and food. We were in China in 2004 for the Mid Autumn festival. It was truly wonderful to see the preparations and so many people. Moving across the cities and the country to be home. For many who leave home and work far distances away from family,.

A week from tonight we have another opportunity to pause as a family and reflect on our journey together. To recount God's faithfulness to each of us. . . and on this occasion, especially Meredith. Today I received the sweet necklace I ordered for this special occasion. I am thrilled with how it turned out. Our prayer for Meredith on this special night and as she anticipates walking through the next chapter of her life's journey comes from Colossians 1:10 which reads. Big decisions lie ahead. We had a festive Christmas dinner. We enjoyed a wonderful meal of. Roasted fennel and asparagus. Smashed new potatoes with thyme. And red velvet cake with cheesecake frosting. Ian led us in a sweet devotional and to the table we went. We voted and stayed casual for dinner this year.that was a first! English Christmas crackers made our meal extraordinarily fun. Hats, riddles, jokes, trivia, trinkets and games. Made for great conversation. Lots of laughs and. Why are we wearing these hats? What a great day!
