Our involvement with horses started innocently enough with a summer camp for Amanda when she was 7 years old. After two weeks at Spring Down Equestrian Center. She started weekly lessons after that for about 2 years. At that point, we thought she needed more advanced lessons, including learning about caring for a horse. Catherine took a few lessons one summer, and the instructor told us about the Woodside Pony Club. Are some pictures of Amanda winning the Rodeo Queen award at Orme. Camp in Arizona in 2003.
