Thursday, November 11, 2010. 02-10-2010 Dark Chocolate With Rasberry Jelly Filling. Ingredients: 125gm Rasberry Puree, 60gm Red Wine, 150gm Fine Sugar, 10gm Pectine Powder, 300gm Dark Chocolate Couverture (For Coating of Moulds). 1 Coat chocolate moulds with melted dark couvertures. 2 Freeze it till chocolate is set (over 10min). 3 In a pot, boil Raspberry Puree, Red Wine and Fine Sugar together. When mixture is about to boil, add in Pectine Powder and keep stirring to avoid lumps form forming.

Thursday, May 28, 2009. 养了7年多的狗，大概50岁了，虽然它的年纪大了，但是它还是矮矮的、胖胖的、黑黑的、调皮的，看起来像小狗。短毛、全黑，只有明显的特征长在眼睛上方，亮褐色的一小撮毛，从外观上看起来有2双眼睛；. 不喜欢吃菜、饭、狗干粮，只喜欢吃罐头狗肉、或骨头、偏咸；. 宅狗、应该还是在室的。。（=o=哈哈！）. 一个星期中，它喜欢星期六和星期天，因为爸爸都会回来，然后跟它玩、溜狗。上个星期，它很开心的等到了星期六，爸爸回来了，星期天的下午，它被警方派来的捉狗大队捉走了。。。T T'. 1辆警车＋4辆货车，把我们那区的狗都捉走了，有牌没牌的都捉走了，说是要预防流感，如果还要狗的话，就得支付Rm250的赎金。没有牌的，还要在赎了它后，申请狗牌，再带它到宠物诊疗所检查、打针。所以他们决定不要把它赎回来。。。唉～～～～. 不赎回来的下场，可想而知。。。。。伤心。。。。难过。。。 Monday, May 25, 2009. 22-05-09 Shane Last day in Yi Hu. 19-05-09 Japan Food Court.

Saturday, July 18, 2009. 5月的时候，看到jetstar有促销，只限4个小时，冲动之下，约了阿宾一起去古晋。但是，突然他没有时间去，所以最后我跟爸爸去。。。。。。 1个人来回机票是新币$90，包括机场税等等。。。（但是不包括托运行李）。七月十号出发，很期待。。。。。我的5天4夜古晋游。。。我发现到，机场有很多外国人。我一直以为，东马是比较偏僻，应该不会是有观光客的地方，但是，真正到了那里，我才发现，我错了，而且是大错特错。。。。。真的有很多外国观光客。。。。终于见到好久不见的堂姐，很难想象她带着2个孩子，有点憔悴。。。唉。。。。她见到我们来很开心，因为孩子的缘故，所以都没有时间回娘家。 B仔长大了，5岁了，她很爱上学，学习能力也很好，完全不需要担心。小儿子好瘦，开始学走路，他很静，有点怕生，但是习惯之后觉得他还蛮爱玩的。我们到夜市吃宵夜，品尝当地的特色小吃，有点跟我们的不一样（西马），但是还不错吃。今天，我们到了旅游胜地，充满异族文化的街道林立，像极了我们在台湾看的街道。 Thursday, July 16, 2009.
