There will be no parking in the Common area (grassy area in front of homes)between the hours of 7am through 7pm, Monday-Friday. The lawn service needs to be able to mow all grassy areas on any weekday, during the day from 7am until 7pm. Vehicles may park in the Common area overnight and on weekends as stated in the Covenants Section 10 (d.12). Homeowners will be fined $25 per vehicle per day.
