Springtime in Paris 2011 - Our Rick Steves Tour. Hotel de Londres Eiffel, our charming home for the week, is in the heart of a lovely neighborhood. Champ de Mars to the left, Rue Cler to the right, and the Eiffel Tower almost always in sight made exploring easy and fun. We arrived a day early and immediately began exploring. The neighborhood felt as familiar as the descriptions in Rick's Paris guidebook which we had read many times in anticipation of this very moment. We were off to Champ de Mars.

Thursday, December 31, 2009. Last ATC of 2009. Yesterday I sent on its way the last ATC I did on 2009. It features a white cyclamen flower for Rapa at iATCs. As part of the monthly partner trade, I used markers and primacolor colored pencils in this one. These gorgeous flowers come in different shades from white to pink to dark purple and as I just found out the flower is not only edible, but can also be used in tea.
