Backwork 10x10 Rigged up strap over power rack. Used stump straps as handles. Sat on incline bench and did pulls to sort of middle. Stretch at top and slower pulls to body. Doubled up mini band seated overhead press off pins working up to 45lb on each side for 5 reps. Doubled up purple band bench off two softees worked up to 275x3. 3 board close grip with 185lb and purples doublked up for 3 x5.
