String Theory Fiber Arts: August 2007
http://stringtheoryfiberart.blogspot.com/2007_08_01_archive.html
String Theory Fiber Arts. The shop blog for String Theory Fiber Arts, an independent creator of fine fiberworking supplies, and the fiber artist-in-residence. Monday, August 20, 2007. The Sock on Vacation. The Sock on Vacation. Originally uploaded by Reesa. Fleece Artist's Sea Wool Bordello socks make great vacation knitting. The pattern is easy to memorize, and they love a good strawberry daiquiri! Here, the sock and I enjoy an interlude of fruity drink on Daytona beach. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

LunabudKnits: June 2014
http://lunabud.blogspot.com/2014_06_01_archive.html
Where Lunabud spins some yarns. The soft fluffy kind and the story kind! Friday, June 20, 2014. As a fiber person who sells handspun in addition to handdyed, I have quit using the term 'Art Yarn' and prefer the term 'Handspun'. It was not something I took lightly in making the conscious decision to quit using the term. Basically it was with quite a bit of soul searching that I came to the conclusion. I don't want to be known as a fiber artist. Because, I simply am not. Yep I'm definitely a Craftsman.

LunabudKnits: The first article.

Where Lunabud spins some yarns. The soft fluffy kind and the story kind! Thursday, February 20, 2014. In this weeks news. How to card tweed yarn by none other than Stephanie Stratton, aka me, was published is the American Livestock Magazine! Not sure if this makes me an author, but sure does feel good! The search is finally over for a cowichan style spinning wheel! A copy of the article with the actual batt and yarn used to write said article. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). http://witchlearnstostitch.blogspot.com/2007/05/public-thankyou.html
The Witch Learns to Stitch. Watch as Natasha distroys the art of knitting. Ok I have been tagged by Welsh Millie and Jackie . Some good ol boring fun. Gifts and half finished objects. I would like to publicly thank the people who have sponsored Shannon for the MS Readathon, so far he has raised $126 to help people suffering with MS. If anyone else was interested you can find his sponsorship page here. Posted by Natasha on Wednesday, May 30, 2007 at 5:57 pm. What an excellent effort, very well done!

LunabudKnits: Frilly Felted Fun
http://lunabud.blogspot.com/2014/07/frilly-felted-fun.html
Where Lunabud spins some yarns. The soft fluffy kind and the story kind! Sunday, July 27, 2014. Have had a ton of fun at the shop lately! Last week we held a felted flower ring workshop and it was so much fun that I left all the supplies out to make ruffle scarves. A pile of rings from the workshop. One of the ruffle scarves. A ring made by the instructor Kristy Sturgil. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). I taught myself to knit by watching a woman while on a flight from Scotland to the USA in 1996.

LunabudKnits: March 2013
http://lunabud.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Where Lunabud spins some yarns. The soft fluffy kind and the story kind! Thursday, March 21, 2013. So to not beat around the bush, why not shoot for thoughts of Farmer's Markets and long walks on sandy beaches with the sun shining on your back. And that is why I chose the Ilene bag for my first Hempathy knitting project. And the kicker. I could have crammed in so much more! One ball of blue. Two balls of chartreuse. And Fred did a great job of over seeing my knitting! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Half Baked Objects: And now a better photo
http://spritelygoods.blogspot.com/2010/03/and-now-better-photo.html
Tuesday, March 09, 2010. And now a better photo. These are classic leather-wrapped buttons to go along with the classic design of this cardigan. Not sure how everyone else approaches it, but my button jar is rather barren - I tend to finish a project.then I drag it into the knitting store where I can "try on" buttons or finishing accents at will :). Yeah, I am not a button collector, too. I rather knit something and then find buttons to match. And the leather buttons really finish it off in grand style.
