As we got motivated on teachers level by visiting the partner schools and learn about their strengths, we also wanted to share good practice examples of how to develop 21st century skills in our students. All partners were invited to present examples of how these 21st century skills are trained in the respective schools.

In order as educators and students to stay motivated in this new system, it is necessary to focus on methods and practices that are evidenced based. As with the testing of new drugs, evidence-based teaching methods are derived from controlled trials. 21st Century Skills in our schools. As the 21st century unfolds, the pace of change in the world is accelerating. Teachers and administrators must lead the cultural shift required to ensure their students can survive and thrive in the changing world. Therefore we need a model of instruction and assessment based on a combination of cognitive skills (skills students will need to succeed academically) and conative skills (skills students will need to succeed interpersonally) necessary for the 21st century.
