Squidgyboo & Co. August 6, 2015. When the sun is shining and the weather begins to warm up my mind (and tummy) turns to lighter foods. Cucumber and tomatoes are on heavy rotation during the summer and I’m always looking for new ways to use them. The other day while I was shopping I found a bag of giant couscous so of course it ended up in my shopping trolley. All you have to do is boil the couscous for around 5 minutes. January 27, 2010. Time to Eat WW recipe. 100g (3 oz) self raising flour. 50g (1 oz) icing sugar. 75g (2 oz) self raising white flour. 75g (2 oz) cornflour. 1 Preheat oven to Gas 4/180 C/fan oven 160 C. Line 2 baking trays with non-stick baking parchment. 2 Beat the margarine and sugar together until pale and fluffy. 3 Scoop out the vanilla seeds and beat into the mixture. Add the flout and cornflour and mix to form a stiff dough. I didn’t have any vanilla pods in so used some essence. So is mixed spice.
