Perhaps the whiff of parental smugness put him off. He's got it now. I think he may be about 5 by the time he bothers to talk. And he has no idea how to wave. This morning was not as calm as I would have liked and I forgot to put it on before I left the house, but this hat is going to get some air time. I’m very proud of how nicely it turned out.
