This blog was made for reading. Sunday, December 28, 2008. To know the future, some people get visited by the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come, others use time machines. I personally, like to rely on good old fashion future seeing websites. Let's see.in your future I see success.riches.and is that a glow in the dark stapler? Where were you on this one, future predicting websites? Sunday, December 21, 2008. Adventure returns to my life. Wellthis picture speaks for itself, thus making the caption pointless.

http://mikemcmurtrey.blogspot.com/2009/12/breakfast.html
This blog was made for reading. Sunday, December 13, 2009. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and meals are the most important thing in my life, so how have I not blogged about breakfast yet? The time has come to fix that. When I was young, I didn't really understand breakfast. I remember thinking things like Cookie Crisp and Reese's cereal were great. I still remember the commercials for Reese's, where the kid would at some point think: "Wait, Reese's for breakfast? But Im glad you enjoy t...

blissful deviations: Phantom Crying and the curse of Mommy Guilt
http://kristinmcelderry.blogspot.com/2015/01/phantom-crying-and-curse-of-mommy-guilt.html
Musings of lofty dreamer. Friday, January 9, 2015. Phantom Crying and the curse of Mommy Guilt. I just stepped out of the shower. Showers used to be relaxing. Lately I have been plagued by a phantom baby that haunts my shower and cries constantly. A phantom baby you say? Do you mean Bennett cries while you are showering? Naked in the middle of my upstairs hallway. As soon as the bathroom door is closed once more, the phantom baby strikes again! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

blissful deviations: February 2015
http://kristinmcelderry.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Musings of lofty dreamer. Monday, February 23, 2015. We took a road trip to Michigan the week of Thanksgiving. We stayed with my Uncle who lives outside of Detroit, and had a fantastic Thanksgiving dinner at his house. Benny was almost 2 months old when we took this trip, so we were a little bit ambitious to take a 12 hour road trip, but he did fantastic. He slept most of the drive and did awesome while in Michigan. Brrrrr. it was cold. Tuesday, February 17, 2015. Coping Mechanisms for a Dairy Free Winter.

Musings of lofty dreamer. Friday, April 18, 2014. International Doll Quilt for Kathryn. My sweet mother in law, Kathryn, was diagnosed with Stage 3 Uterine cancer this Winter. She has begun her chemo, and the whole family is hopeful but distressed nonetheless. Sothus began one of the most extensive and over-ambitious quilting projects I have ever completed! Quilt Top before Finishing. Here are some of the blocks before we did the applique. Rays of Sunshine in a Tough Winter. This winter has been a challe...

This blog was made for reading. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. Mostly because I've discovered it's more fun to write in a blog than it is to write papers for work. So, turns out it's been a while since I've written anything here. Instead of explaining to you why it's been so long (here's a hint though, it involves an elephant, 4 of the 5 great lakes, an escalator, and an asteroid), I thought I'd just update you on the most important things that have happened in the last little while. Brian and Amy McMurtrey.

This blog was made for reading. Sunday, July 12, 2009. The McMurtrey family curse. Having visited family recently, the ominous McMurtrey family curse was made fresh in my mind. It's not something we talk about, and rarely to those outside the family. But, I decided, if you're really to get to know someone, you should know about any family curses. And what better way to reveal family curses than on a blog? Isn't there somewhere else ya could be beggin'? Sunday, July 5, 2009. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
