Sue's Sewing Studio: January 2012
http://suessewingstudio.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
My sewing adventures using computer-generated patterns. Sunday, January 29, 2012. Do you have rhythm? I haven't been working on anything fun this weekend because I've been doing things like hemming pants and sewing buttons. I'm fortunate because we're empty nesters and other than working full time, I have quite a bit of free time. Things I'm working on. I had ori...

A record of things homemade. Sunday, January 31, 2010. Upholstery part 3 cont.: putting it together. Step 4: outside sides. This is what the sides look like before you start. Lay the fabric wrong side up at the edge of the arm. Put in a few staples to hold the fabric in place. Lay out and staple the cardboard strip. Wednesday, March 23, 2011. I swear I'm getting ready to get back on track to real life. It has been a long extended baby moon at my house. Hard to do much of anything while this little one has captured all our hearts. She is the smiliest little thing - and anytime you smile at her you are sure to get one back at you. What is a mom to do, but spend hours then encouraging the smiles? I'm blessed to have a fantastic friend to document Harper's early days. Brooke. Remember when I made this hat. I used three ...
