Friday, 31 July 2015. Preparation time : 20 mins. Serves : 2 to3. Brinjal / egg plant : 250 grams. Curd : 1/2 cup. Besan : 1 or 2 Tbsp. Green chili : 2. Curry leaves : one spring. Cilantro : two springs. Ginger garlic paste : 1 Tbsp. Chili powder : 1 tsp or to taste. Salt : to taste. Turmeric powder : pinch. Oil : 1 Tbsp. Wash brinjals and then cut them vertically by making a sign. Add salt and mix well . Keep this aside. Take a bowl, add curd, turmeric powder, and besan , mix well and keep it aside.

Chopped ginger : 1" piece. Curry leaves : few. Red chili : few or to taste. Salt : to taste. Sugar : 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil : 2 Tbsp. Cashew nuts : 10. Grated coconut : 1/2 cup. Boiled rice : 2 1/2 cups. Cook rice separately make sure it is fluffy.(If you already have cooked rice then carry on). Labels: 10 minute recipes.

Tuesday, 4 August 2015. Preparation time : one hour. Makes : 60 2x2 size thin pieces. Mango pulp : 2 cups. Ghee : 1/4 cup. Corn starch : 1/2 cup. Water : 1/2 cup. Sugar : 2 cups. Cardamom powder : ½ tsp. Cashew nuts : ¼ cup. Almonds : 1/8 cup. Take a bowl add corn starch and water make a paste. Heat ghee in a pan and add mango pulp.
