For a flash animation that was relatively simple, it had a very nice effect. The isolation of the character was very well portrayed. Monday, October 30, 2006. The Nightmare Before Christmas. It had been a recent occurance that I had decided I liked this movie. I'd seen it early on as a child and hadn't been too impressed (the reason I know recognize as something sits wrong with the story. I love the story, there's just something a bit peculiar). Just So You Know. Saturday, September 30, 2006. Is that how you spell it, I don’t' know). So, the Co Hodeman film festival was a great success, other than the fact that it was really long, but all in all, it was more than worth it. Lets list the films I watched with short summaries and thoughts of what I thought about them, how 'bout it, eh? A film about a little stick guy who liked to play with balls, no plot really, but the visuals were a bit stimulating and the color spectrum stuck to the basics.

Tuesday, November 14, 2006. The big animation group project. This is what I had been looking forward to this whole semester. But after the first project, which I enjoyed but was a pain due to scheduling problems, I was kind of nervous. True, the groups would be smaller, but would that help? Would it be as difficult and as frustrating as last time? So now I want to briefly discuss my reactions to the other films. In no particular order. Am I an idiot that I just got the name?
