Elizabeth Volk Jewelry Design: A Little Break from the Summer Heat
http://elizabethvolkjewelrydesign.blogspot.com/2009/06/little-break-from-summer-heat.html
Monday, June 29, 2009. A Little Break from the Summer Heat. I know that summer has just officially started, but here in Austin, we've already enjoyed 16 straight days of 100 degree weather! I usually try to avoid complaining about the weather, because, really, there is NO point. I also am not one to wish for the current season to hurry up and be done with. BUT when I saw these AMAZING prints from the Fall '09 Ready to Wear runways, you better believe I was wishing for October! Austin, Texas, United States.

Elizabeth Volk Jewelry Design: The World's Worst Blogger

Monday, May 4, 2009. The World's Worst Blogger. So, if you haven't already guessed, I'm not too great at this whole "insightfully blogging informative and entertaining entries everyday" thing. Frankly, the thought of blogging intimidates and scares me! I know every blog doesn't have to be a masterpiece, but I haven't quite accepted the idea of quick and sometimes imperfect entries. From this point on, I promise I will be a better blogger(shout out to my only 2 followers: Allison Olive. R and Amanda Joiner.

Thursday, July 23, 2009. This summer, to fill my Project Runway void, I begrudgingly. The Fashion Show a chance. My expectations were low, but on the eve of the finale part 2 (revealing the winner! I will finally admit that I was very pleasantly surprised with the show, especially with the final collections! The final three contestants did an amazing job, but my clear favorite is Anna. Are you noticing my "Tour Trend? My "work trips" are mostly me making calls, sending emails or working on my BB instead of at my desk in Austin. O well, a little change in scenery nis kind of nice once in a while :). Best of luck to the Team over the next month! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Other Blogs I Enjoy.

Mooney Memories: A Message From Ian...
http://www.ianandmarygrace.com/2011/11/message-from-ian.html
Tuesday, November 29, 2011. A Message From Ian. Dear family and friends,. With two days left in Movember and only being $75 away from my personal goal, I thought it's only appropriate for me harness the power of my stache and take my efforts to another level. I don't know if the whiskers have gone to my head or if by just having a moustache you do awesome things, but nonetheless, I am making a last minute effort to raise a total of $1,500. No amount is too small or too large! A Message From Ian. The Girl...

Just for a Season: i wish i had a farm.

Just for a Season. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven." Ecclesiastes 3:1. Monday, April 12, 2010. I wish i had a farm. I had the joy of venturing down to the dallas farmers market. With Paige and Leah. This is a trip that L and I will perhaps be making weekly. I would highly recommend finding a friend you can split the produce with - I mean who needs 8 grapefruits in a week? Oh and definitely go hungry there are plenty of samples to be had :). I wish i had a farm.
