We love sandwiches and most of all a great panini! I got this recipe off of "Our Best Bites" and adapted it a bit. What makes this so good is the garlic herb spread and marinated artichokes. 3 Peas in a Pod. Sunday, April 4, 2010. Swam 750 meters (1/2 mile). And finished his 2nd triathalon! The triathalon was held out at Lake Las Vegas. A beautiful place for a triathalon other than the fact there were very few places to actually watch him in action. I am so proud of Nathan! He finished in good time, and he felt pretty darn great when he finished! To be honest he felt better than I did just from standing around watching, taking pictures, and waiting while 8 months pregnant. Sad huh?
