I finally finished my irish chain quilt and completed another for a very dear friend of mine. I also have been playing around with more cakes and just finished one for my cousin's wedding yesterday. Monday, February 13, 2012. All you need is Love! Yes, love is in the air! It is a really busy time at the bakery. Who knew that so many people would order heart shaped sugar cookies? It was just the beginning of February and people had already begun to order. seriously people! Couldn't you have just made your own sugar cookies? That what my mom and I did. You know, bonding time :) Oh well, I guess thats why i have a job. My favorite thing about this month though.strawberry valentine's dessert!

Friday, March 2, 2012. Mom came down for a visit around Valentine's day. She took Marcie and I to. For a girls night out. These are the final products. It was very relaxing and fun to do; a chance to be creative. Another great gift that I received were some cake dummies. I have been looking for these all over but never found any. My mom is a miracle worker when it comes to finding things! March 2, 2012 at 6:40 PM. I cant wait to see what fun things you do with the other dummies. Mom's ice cream bowl :).

Monday, February 21, 2011. Vernon J. Finch. June 9, 1927- February 20, 2011. Last night my Grandpa Finch passed away. He was one of the best people I know and he really means a lot to me. A couple years back there was an article published about him in the Payson Chronicle. I think it pretty much says it all, so here it is. This week I'm writing about a man that has accomplished so much in his 82 years. He's a gentle, kind and compassionate person along with his wonderful wife. That man is Vernon Finch.
