It’s football season and it’s still warm, so the game day meal on my mind is: Mexican! Here are two recipes to add to your meal plan- favorites with a twist! Clean and simple guacamole. 2 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt. 1 small tomato; chopped. 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion. 1/2 tbsp. lime juice. Salt and ground black pepper. 1 Roughly chop avocado. 2 Add yogurt, tomato, onion, and lime juice.

Here are a couple of simple, healthier versions of classic recipes that I came up with. For the Super Bowl this year! 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1/2 cup melted butter. 1/2 cup hot pepper sauce. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray. Toss the wings in the mixture until completely coated and place on the prepared baking sheet.

Experience. Enjoy. Be. Monday, August 25, 2014. Have you ever had something you committed to do, but over time it fell off your radar? Did you plan to start exercising, eat healthier, write a book, spend 30 minutes a night reading with your kids, write in your journal, meditate or one of the many, many things we try to add into our days. If we commit to something and then we don’t do it, the main person we hurt is ourselves. And how are we hurting ourselves? I would recommend being gentle with yourself.
